All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Duchess hasn't had an easy life so far and we are hoping to help change her world. Want to help us? She is looking for a place whree there will be food in her bowl, a soft place to snuggle and rest, but most importantly, someone who will care for her and love her. On her side of the deal will be a sweet, friendly, very grateful Shih Tzu. She would love to trot next to you on walks, play in your backyard, and give you her whole heart. Since she is older, we are asking that she go to a home without young children who might not understand she wants some quiet time now and then. Duchess is good with other dogs and so easy to love back!
